Programme structure
Model programmes, projects, workstreams and dependencies against PRINCE2, MSP or IPA templates.

Programme governance · UK data residency
GovernPath holds programme structure, RAID, assurance narratives, gate reviews, board packs and portfolio reporting on one evidence base — so every sentence you put in front of a board traces back to something real.

Six modules · one evidence base
No re-keying between a delivery tracker, a risk spreadsheet and a slide deck. Each module reads and writes the same governed data.
Model programmes, projects, workstreams and dependencies against PRINCE2, MSP or IPA templates.
Consolidate project RAID logs, detect recurring themes and escalate programme-level risk.
AI-drafted, evidence-cited narratives that no one can publish without human approval.
Prepare packs from live data, record decisions and monitor conditions through to closure.
Consistent board reporting in PDF or Word, versioned and assembled from the same evidence base.
Cross-programme heatmap, portfolio RAID themes and strategic alignment scoring.
The assurance engine
The engine is deliberately narrow: retrieve real records, cite them, and refuse to publish anything a person has not signed.
Every programme record — projects, workstreams, RAID, gates, benefits — is pulled through tenant-scoped access controls into a single corpus.
The question is scored against that corpus so the model only ever sees the records that are relevant to the narrative being written.
A methodology-aware prompt requires a bracketed citation on every claim. Citations are then resolved back to real record IDs.
Drafts sit unpublished until a named approver signs them off. Every draft, edit and approval is written to an audit log.
Privacy controls are enforced in the product, not promised in a policy page — and the policy pages are there too.
Create a workspace, add a programme, and generate a cited assurance narrative in the same sitting.
