Legal
Terms of service
Last updated 17 August 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation, do not create an account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace membership, for the roles you assign, and for keeping credentials secure. Access is isolated per organisation by row-level security.
3. AI-assisted drafting
Assurance narratives, board pack summaries and RAID themes may be generated with AI from your evidence base. Output may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing is published without a named human approver, and the approver — not GovernPath — is accountable for the published content. AI output is not professional, legal or audit advice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you have no right to process.
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's tenant or bypass access controls.
- Do not use the service to make automated decisions about individuals.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for decisions taken on the basis of AI-drafted content approved by your own people.
7. Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate on notice; on termination you may export your data for 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
